Research Lines

1) Inclusion and lifelong learning

This line of research will guide its activities to social spaces where the processes of inclusion / exclusion is most evident: the school, community and work. Main focus will be directed to promote schools transformation in learning centres and stimulate extra-school intervention by educators aiming local community cohesion and self-development.

2) Social practices and communities well-being and life-quality

This line of research elects health as a tool for health equity and social justice. Action will focus on the study of community interventions and outreach methods that meet health needs of target populations so to contribute to an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to health and social phenomenon.
